Indeed, all of our offices have staff, with specialist knowledge about the latest regulations in their specific area, who are able to ensure that your paperwork is carried out swiftly and correctly.

Can you arrange Visas for crew and guests?
Because the Visa issue is quite a complex one, please let us know as early as possible what visas might be required to enable time for the authorities to respond. If you are in doubt about the need for a Visa for any of the people onboard, please contact us to make sure that your arrival is not marred by the lack of preparation.

Can you arrange bunkering?
We can have fuel delivered to you on arrival or at any time during your stay. If you are stopping only for fast refuelling we prefer you to give us twenty-four hours' notice. We can arrange bunkering almost any.

Will you be able to provides us with provisions and flowers in your area?
Many of the basic needs of yachts can be fulfilled by local suppliers in most areas. For special and unusual requests please contact us ahead of time to discuss their availability and the length of time needed to obtain them if necessary from elsewhere. Most requests are not new to us and we most often have suppliers ready to fulfill your requests.

What if we need spare parts ... ?
All Members of The Blue Water Alliance have experienced staff ready and able to discuss spare parts and their acquisition. If they are not immediately available locally we can source them for you and are always willing and able to call upon other partners for specialist knowledge and added support – another strength of our Alliance which works in your favour.

How do I find out what there is to do and see in each area?
It would need a whole book to answer this question! It depends on your tastes, but rest assured, there is something for everyone. Pop in to our local office and have a chat with our friendly staff to find out about restaurants, nightclubs, places of interest, museums, historical tours, the best beaches, where to rent a motorbike or a car. Our local knowledge is encyclopaedic and our contacts are legion! We would also be happy to send information packs to you before arrival; just call and ask for one.

Can I get help with my itinerary whilst I am in your area.
Yes of course. We are always happy to offer help with itineraries and to suggest the best places to go, considering the and to organise anchorage or berthing for you.

Can we have mail sent to A Blue Water Alliance office ... ?
You certainly can! Not only mail, but faxes and telephone messages, too. Our staff will also take care of your out-going mail or any courier services you might require. You can also arrange to have funds transferred or packages sent ahead to await your arrival. We offer e-mail and office facilities and, if required, can provide secretarial services.

Where can I find day workers for cleaning/varnishing etc... ?
We keep a list of experienced day workers whom we can contact on your behalf. Captains may interview prospective workers or other crew in our office or on board, as they wish
